Little Shop MFG 16" C6 Rear Big Brake Kit | 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC 8-Lug 2500 HD/3500 14-Bolt

A 16-inch rear disc brake upgrade with 6-piston C6 calipers for 8-lug 1988-2000 Chevy/GMC 2500 HD and 3500 trucks and SUVs with the GM 14-bolt rear axle. It is designed and machined in-house and includes an internal drum-style parking brake, with an optional electronic parking brake. (The manufacturer lists the kit more broadly, for 1973-1999 14-bolt GM axles.)

Fitment

• Fits 1988-2000 8-lug 2500 HD and 3500 trucks with the GM 14-bolt axle, single or dual rear wheel.
• Not for the 6-lug 2500 LD (6-lug coverage is unconfirmed).
• Early 3500 duallys with a Dana 70 rear axle need a different kit.
• Pick your axle style above (SRW semi-float 3.6" or 5.1" offset, SRW full-float slip-on or press-on drum, or dual rear wheel). Identify your axle first (14-bolt ID PDF below) and verify flange dimensions and, on semi-float axles only, axle offset before ordering.

Spindle and Wheel Requirements

• Minimum wheel size: 20".
• Use the 14-bolt identification PDF below if you are unsure of your axle.

Lead Times

• Custom caliper color: allow 4-5 weeks; send the OEM paint code in the order notes. Available on MFG calipers for complete front-and-rear orders only; no tri-coat or Kandy.

Additional Options and Notes

• Braided stainless hoses (not selectable above): available from the manufacturer for +$79; ask DC Fab to add them.
• Machined semi wheel adapters (not selectable above): optional accessory adding .750" of track width per side (listed at +$950). Ask DC Fab to add them.
