Little Shop MFG 16" Front Big Brake Kit (React / Wilwood Spindles) | 1988-1998 Chevy/GMC C1500 OBS

A 16-inch front big brake upgrade engineered for React modular 2-inch drop spindles or Wilwood C1500 Iron ProSpindles on 88-98 Chevy/GMC C1500 OBS trucks, with 6-piston calipers. It matches the Little Shop 16-inch rear kit. React spindles can be added to the same order.

Fitment

• Verified fitment: 1988-1998 2WD Chevy/GMC C1500 pickups and 2WD Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. The manufacturer lists 1988-2000; 1999-2000 coverage is not confirmed, so ask before ordering for those years.
• Not for K1500 / 4WD trucks or any 2500. This kit is for 2WD C1500-platform trucks only.
• Requires React 2" modular drop spindle 8898-001 or Wilwood ProSpindle 831-15933 (spindle needs a 1.25" rotor).
• 88-91 regular-cab C1500s come with 1.00" rotors and need a spindle swap first (to an 88-91 extended-cab, 90-93 454SS, or any 92-up spindle). Measure your stock rotor before ordering.

Spindle and Wheel Requirements

• Minimum wheel size: 20" (the kit fits inside most 20" wheels). The 16" front hat sits about 0.13" further outboard than stock, so test fit your wheels.
• Wilwood spindle users: spindle nuts, washers and cotter pins are NOT included and must be bought separately.

Lead Times

• Caliper choices: MFG calipers in black or red, or a substitute Wilwood caliper in black or red (the substitute option is built to order; allow roughly 2-4 weeks). A custom color is available on MFG calipers only, on complete front-and-rear orders; allow 4-5 weeks, send your OEM paint code in the order notes, and note that tri-coat and Kandy finishes are not offered.

Additional Options and Notes

• Custom wheel pattern (not selectable above): kits ship supplied for the stock wheel pattern. The manufacturer offers machining to a custom pattern as a special order (listed at +$545). Contact DC Fab before ordering and give the pattern in your order notes.
