Little Shop MFG 14" Rear Big Brake Kit | 1988-1998 Chevy/GMC C1500 OBS

A 14-inch rear disc brake conversion for 88-98 Chevy/GMC C1500 OBS trucks and SUVs that bolts to the factory rear axle with no modification, and includes an internal drum-style parking brake. Rear calipers share the front calipers' body and look but use a smaller bore for proper front/rear bias.

Fitment

• Verified fitment: 1988-1998 2WD Chevy/GMC C1500 pickups and 2WD Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. The manufacturer lists 1988-2000; 1999-2000 coverage is not confirmed, so ask before ordering for those years.
• Not for K1500 / 4WD trucks or any 2500. This kit is for 2WD C1500-platform trucks only.
• Choose your body style above: 88-98 truck or 88-00 2-door SUV, or 88-00 4-door SUV.
• Bolts to the factory rear axle. Confirm your rear axle type before ordering; the manufacturer does not state which axle types are covered.

Spindle and Wheel Requirements

• Minimum wheel size: 18".

Lead Times

• Caliper choices: MFG calipers in black or red, or a substitute Wilwood caliper in black or red (the substitute option is built to order; allow roughly 2-4 weeks). A custom color is available on MFG calipers only, on complete front-and-rear orders; allow 4-5 weeks, send your OEM paint code in the order notes, and note that tri-coat and Kandy finishes are not offered.

Additional Options and Notes

• Custom wheel pattern (not selectable above): kits ship supplied for the stock wheel pattern. The manufacturer offers machining to a custom pattern as a special order (listed at +$345). Contact DC Fab before ordering and give the pattern in your order notes.
